A course goes live at nine on a Monday morning and by ten a handful of new enrolments are already asking where their welcome material is. Murf has just finished turning that welcome script into a lifelike voiceover, but nobody has told the learner it is ready because whoever normally sends that email is stuck in a meeting.

Connecting Murf to Mobile Message through Zapier closes that gap by handing the notification to a text instead of a forgotten email. A new Google Form enrolment or a fresh Eventbrite registration can trigger Murf's Text to Speech action to generate the voiceover, and once it is done Mobile Message can text the learner or attendee a link straight away, so no one needs to remember to check a folder later in the day.

The connection also runs the other way. When a customer replies to a text, that reply can be turned into an audio clip through the same Text to Speech action, handy for a team that would rather listen to a quick summary of what came in than read through a thread of messages between calls, especially when the exact wording of a reply matters more than the tone behind it.
