Maildrip SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Maildrip!

Marketing teams using Maildrip often want a new recipient to receive an immediate text as well as entering an email campaign. A recipient added to a list can be a new lead, customer or event contact, and waiting for a separate manual SMS can create an unnecessary delay. With Zapier, Maildrip events can start Mobile Message actions.

New Recipient can trigger Send SMS, Send SMS to List or Create Contact. That lets a team alert an account owner, notify a campaign group or place the recipient into Mobile Message with the available name and mobile number. Create a New Contact can also be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received when an incoming text contains the fields Maildrip requires, adding the person to a specified campaign group. These options are useful when Maildrip remains responsible for drip email while Mobile Message handles plain text communication. The Zap does not synchronise recipient records or send email through Mobile Message. It connects one event with one action, so you can choose a clear purpose for each workflow. The result is quicker notification and less manual copying between marketing tools.
