A new order lands in Shopify at eleven at night and nobody is awake to write a personal thank you text. LetPrompt can run one of its saved prompts against the order details there and then, drafting a short, on brand message before Mobile Message sends it out as an SMS to the customer, so the greeting goes out within moments of the sale rather than whenever someone next checks their phone.

The same pattern works for a booking. When someone becomes a new invitee in Calendly, a Zap can call a prompt in LetPrompt to turn the appointment details into a friendly reminder, which Mobile Message then texts to the customer ahead of time. A new response in Google Forms can be handled the same way, with LetPrompt drafting a reply based on what somebody typed before Mobile Message sends it as a text message.

LetPrompt does not send the SMS itself and Mobile Message does not run prompts, Zapier is what sits between them, passing the drafted wording from Execute Prompt straight into a Send SMS action. The result is AI drafted text that still goes out through your existing sender ID, built from whichever app starts the Zap, whether that is an order, a booking or a form response.
