About the Kixie integration
Numbers go bad and texts sometimes bounce, and a Powerlist full of dead numbers wastes a dialling team's time. When a message can't be delivered, that failure can pull the number off every Powerlist in the account automatically, so reps aren't calling a line that never worked. Each Zap moves one event from Mobile Message into a single Kixie action, nothing more, so the two systems stay separate but the handoff still happens on its own.

Can Kixie call a customer automatically after they reply to a text?
Yes. Through Zapier, a reply picked up by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start Kixie's Make a Call action, so a text back turns into an outbound call through PowerCall without anyone dialling manually.
Does a failed text remove a number from Kixie Powerlists?
It can. Mobile Message's Delivery Status Updated trigger fires when a message's status changes, and that event can run Kixie's Remove From All Powerlists action, clearing a bad number from every Powerlist so reps stop dialling it.
What's involved in linking Kixie's calling tools to Mobile Message texts?
You need an active Kixie account and a Mobile Message account, then a Zap connects the two through Zapier. There's no coding, just choosing a Mobile Message trigger such as a reply or delivery update and pointing it at a Kixie action like a call or Powerlist change.
