About the Joonto integration
The direction can also run from Mobile Message to Joonto. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Joonto's Send SMS Message action, while Delivery Status Updated can trigger the same action when your workflow needs to react to a delivery event. Joonto's Create User action can be started by an incoming Mobile Message text when a new user record is genuinely required.
Each Zap is one-directional and handles a defined event. Use the fields provided by both services to identify the caller or texter, and test carefully so an automated reply does not create an unwanted message loop.
