Your team can use that event to keep Mobile Message involved, rather than relying on someone to notice it and follow up later. A new voicemail can prompt an SMS asking the caller to confirm the best time to speak, while a received text can send a timely acknowledgement. Call Started and Call Ended events can also support practical follow-up messages for recognised callers.

Through Zapier, Intulse can pass these communication events to Mobile Message, where you can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contacts or update contact details.
