Intulse SMS Integration

A customer leaves a voicemail, starts a call or sends a text to your Intulse number. Your team can use that event to keep Mobile Message involved, rather than relying on someone to notice it and follow up later. A new voicemail can prompt an SMS asking the caller to confirm the best time to speak, while a received text can send a timely acknowledgement. Call Started and Call Ended events can also support practical follow-up messages for recognised callers.

Through Zapier, Intulse can pass these communication events to Mobile Message, where you can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contacts or update contact details. This is useful for service teams that want a visible text follow-up after a phone interaction, or for organisations that need to turn a new SMS contact into a Mobile Message record. Each Zap has one starting event and one resulting action, so you can choose the exact point at which a customer receives a message or enters your contact records.

The result is a clearer handover between phone activity and SMS communication. Staff can acknowledge a message, invite a caller to reply by text or preserve a contact for later campaigns. Delivery Status Updated can also start a Zap that originates a call in Intulse, giving your team a useful response when an SMS reaches its delivery outcome.
