This puts useful updates closer to the customer’s phone.

An appointment can trigger a confirmation with the scheduled details. A received payment can send a receipt-style acknowledgement, while a changed job status can explain that work has reached its next stage. Job Added can also alert an internal coordinator when a new installation enters the system. If a new lead needs a customer record, Mobile Message can create or update the contact as part of the chosen workflow.

The setup runs through Zapier, with installHUB supplying the event and Mobile Message handling the SMS or contact action.
