HeroBot SMS Integration

A customer replies to a text sent through Mobile Message, and that reply is often the best moment to keep the conversation going, before anyone has to notice it sitting unread in an inbox or a shared phone. HeroBot picks up right there, using its Send Message action to fire off a single automated message as the next step in a chatbot flow, a campaign or a feedback request, whichever the business has already set up on its side.

Connected through Zapier, an inbound reply becomes the cue for HeroBot to respond automatically, without a person needing to sit and watch for it. A text back from a customer can start HeroBot sending its own follow up message, and a message that Mobile Message confirms as delivered can just as easily start the next one, keeping a conversation, campaign or feedback request moving while the reply is still fresh, all without anyone needing to check the phone first.
