A content manager publishes a new piece of GoCharlie content and wants the people who need it to know immediately. GoCharlie's Published Content trigger can start a Zap when content is published in its dashboard. Mobile Message can send a plain text alert, text a selected list or create a contact when the published content includes a new recipient.

This is useful for agencies, internal communications teams and operators who publish announcements, campaigns or other material through GoCharlie. The SMS can identify what was published and tell the recipient where to find it, using the fields available from the trigger. A list message can notify a defined audience, while a direct message can alert a colleague responsible for review or distribution.

GoCharlie has no actions in this connection, so the automation runs from Published Content into Mobile Message. It is not a publishing sync or a two-way workflow. You choose the content event, message wording, audience and recipient details in Zapier, allowing only selected publications to produce SMS activity.
