When New Contact fires, Zapier can pass the contact details to Mobile Message, so a salesperson can send a welcome text, confirm receipt of an enquiry or invite the person to the next step.

A simple workflow sends an SMS to the new contact as soon as the record appears in GDASH. You can also use the same trigger to create a contact in Mobile Message, giving the messaging team a record to check before future campaigns. The message can be personalised with fields supplied by GDASH, such as the contact’s name or phone number.
