Function SMS Integration

A text message that reflects what's actually likely to happen next, rather than a generic status update, changes how a customer experiences a business. Function's predict action takes data already sitting inside a Zap and turns it into an AI generated prediction, whether that's a recommendation, a risk score or some other forecast worth acting on before a customer even asks.

Paired with Mobile Message, that prediction doesn't have to sit inside a spreadsheet or a dashboard nobody opens, it can go straight to a phone as a text. A Zap can start with an event in another app, run the data through Function's predict step, and finish with Mobile Message sending an SMS that carries the result, so the customer hears the outcome as soon as it exists rather than waiting on a report someone has to remember to check and pass on later that day. No one has to copy a prediction out of a dashboard and retype it into a message by hand, the Zap does that handoff on its own, every time the trigger fires.
