A transaction can pause when a required document is rejected, missing or still waiting for review. ezidox helps collect and exchange documents for applications, while Mobile Message can give applicants, stakeholders or staff a prompt SMS update. Through Zapier, an ezidox event can trigger a message or create a contact for a defined follow-up.

Use Document Rejected to tell an applicant that attention is needed, Document Accepted to confirm progress or Application Created to notify a team member that a new case has arrived. Document Uploaded and Application Status Updated can also support operational alerts. Pair these triggers with Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List depending on the next step. The SMS should explain the status and direct the recipient to the appropriate existing process.

The available ezidox actions can also be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger. For example, an incoming message could create an application or add a stakeholder when the required fields are present. This is a set of specific Zaps, not a native two-way integration.
