eSignatures SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with eSignatures!
A completed contract could trigger a confirmation message to the customer or an internal contact. A signature received event could reassure the next person that the signing process is progressing. Contract Sent to a Signer may also start a message reminding the signer to check their contract. For delivery problems, Delivery Failed can send an alert to a team member so the issue is not missed.
The connection is configured through Zapier. Select the eSignatures.io event, map the available phone number and contract details, then choose Send SMS, Create Contact or another suitable Mobile Message action. You decide which signing milestone deserves a text and can test the Zap before using it in regular contract work.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
