Easydo SMS Integration

A signed document lands in Easydo while the customer or staff member is waiting for confirmation. Your team may otherwise need to check the signing status, find the right contact and send a message manually. That work is easy to postpone, especially when several documents are moving through the process at once.

With Zapier, Easydo's Document Signed trigger can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action. You can send a plain text confirmation, provide the next instruction or notify an internal number that the document is ready. Easydo's Contact Created trigger can also create a Mobile Message contact, while Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start Easydo's Send a Template action when a customer texts your number.

Each workflow responds to one event and performs one selected action. It does not create a general two-way document sync. Map the available contact details carefully, include only the signing information the recipient needs and test the message before putting the Zap into regular use.
