Through Zapier, New Donation can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, while Recurring Plan Failure can alert a fundraising or finance team before a missed payment becomes a larger problem.

This connection is useful for non-profits that want prompt supporter communication without checking donation activity manually. A new donation can send a thank-you text or create a Mobile Message contact using the donor information available in the event.
