A customer texts in asking for a quote, a certificate or a booking confirmation, and a few minutes later a finished document lands in their inbox without anyone opening a template or typing a single line. That is the outcome Documentero and Mobile Message can produce together once they are joined through Zapier. Documentero turns a Word, Excel or PDF template into a finished file on demand, and Mobile Message can hand it the moment a reply comes in as the signal to start.

Two actions make this useful. Generate Document and Send as Email Attachment takes the incoming request and emails a finished file straight to the customer, so a quote or confirmation goes out while the conversation is still fresh in their mind. Generate Document does the same document creation without the email step, useful when the file needs to be checked, filed or sent through another channel first, such as attaching it to a job record.

Neither app changes what the other stores, since this is one trigger firing one action rather than a live sync between accounts. The reply that starts things is still just a text a customer sent, nothing more specific than that, but pairing it with a document generator means the manual part of the job, opening the template and filling it in, disappears from the process entirely.
