A new invoice or parcel notification in Digidom can be easy to miss when you are moving between customer work and administration. A Zapier workflow can turn that Digidom event into an SMS through Mobile Message, so the relevant person receives a plain-text update without someone copying details into a separate messaging tool. This is useful when speed matters more than another email sitting in an inbox.

Digidom provides Nouvelle Facture and Nouveau Courrier as triggers. Either event can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action, while a suitable contact event can also create a contact or add one to a list if the event includes a mobile number. The connection is event-based and one-directional. It does not sync Digidom records with Mobile Message, but it can provide a clear text response whenever a selected invoice or mail event occurs.
