You finish a voice memo after a customer call, team discussion or site visit, and the useful detail is now sitting inside a note. Cleft can provide a Note Created event, while Note Updated and Comment Added can signal that information has changed. A Zap can pass those events to Mobile Message so a person receives the right follow-up without another reminder on your task list.

An SMS can acknowledge a published note, notify a colleague that a note was updated or invite a contact to reply with missing information. Note Published is especially useful when a public link is ready to share, and the link can be included as plain text in the message. Mobile Message can also create a contact from suitable details supplied by a Cleft event.

The connection is configured in Zapier and uses separate workflows for the events you choose. It does not turn Cleft and Mobile Message into a shared record system. Select a Cleft trigger, map its note fields and choose the Mobile Message action that produces a noticeable result for your team or customer.
