A Zap can use Chatbotic’s New Lead trigger to send an SMS through Mobile Message, giving the prospect a prompt acknowledgement and a clear next step. This helps reduce the delay between a lead sharing contact details and someone responding.

You can include the captured mobile number and relevant lead information in the SMS. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add that person to a list in the same workflow, helping your team keep the new lead available for later campaigns. Chatbotic’s Chat With Chatbotic action is not needed for this lead notification, because the useful event comes from the chatbot’s lead capture.

The connection is configured in Zapier and runs as a one-way workflow. It does not make Chatbotic and Mobile Message continuously update one another, but it can give your sales process a dependable first response whenever a new lead is captured.
