About the CauseVox integration
Use an SMS to thank a donor, confirm an event purchase or acknowledge a pledge. You can also create a contact in Mobile Message from a donation or ticket record, then add that contact to a relevant list for future communications. Updates to a donation or personal page can trigger a message when a supporter needs a specific status update. The text remains plain and can include the information available from the CauseVox event.
This connection runs through Zapier rather than being a native CauseVox and Mobile Message integration. Select the CauseVox event, choose a Mobile Message action and map the supporter details. You can build separate Zaps for donations, pledges and ticket orders, so each audience receives a message suited to what they have done.

Yes. Pair New Ticket Order with Mobile Message Send SMS. The Zap can send the buyer mapped event details, provided the order includes a suitable mobile number.
How do I set up CauseVox donor messages in Zapier?
