Through Zapier, CallScaler’s New Call trigger can run Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The message might acknowledge the call, provide a return-call timeframe or ask the caller to reply with a suitable time. If the event includes the caller’s number and other usable details, the same trigger can create a Mobile Message contact or add that person to a follow-up list. The Zap does not make CallScaler and Mobile Message a two-way phone system, and it cannot infer information that CallScaler does not supply. Instead, it turns the available new-call event into a visible text response. This is useful for operators who want a simple follow-up after calls arrive, especially when the first person to answer is not available to continue the conversation.
