Teams running call quality or speech analytics through CallDNA are usually dealing with recordings and transcripts rather than text messages, uploading audio files so CallDNA can score and analyse what was said on a call, spotting patterns across a whole team of agents rather than one call at a time. That's a different kind of data to what Mobile Message handles, given SMS is text only and carries no audio, images or documents of its own no matter how a message arrives.

Because of that, CallDNA's Add File action needs an audio file to work with, something a text reply or a delivery confirmation from Mobile Message simply doesn't produce. The two tools can still sit under the same Zapier account for a business running both, useful for a wider setup where call analytics and customer texting are managed by the same team, though the practical use lands in workflows built around call recordings rather than around SMS replies or delivery events landing on Mobile Message.
