BunnyDoc SMS Integration

A contract is waiting for a signature while your team is moving between meetings, and a small delay can leave everyone unsure about its progress. With BunnyDoc and Zapier, a viewed or signed signature request can trigger a Mobile Message SMS. That lets your team acknowledge movement on the agreement or notify the next person without repeatedly opening the document workspace.

BunnyDoc provides Signature Request Signed and Signature Request Viewed triggers. A viewed request can prompt a helpful follow-up for the assigned contact, while a signed request can send a confirmation that the agreement has reached the next stage. Mobile Message's Send SMS action can carry the mapped recipient details and a concise update. The BunnyDoc action Send Signature Request From Template can also be started by a Mobile Message inbound SMS when a genuinely suitable process requires a text response to launch a standard agreement. These are separate Zapier workflows rather than a native synchronised connection. You will choose the event, set the message or template fields and test the result before enabling it. A paid BunnyDoc API plan is required for the signature request triggers.
