Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with BuildChatbot!
Use Send SMS to notify a sales or service team when a new website user initiates a chat from the widget. Create Contact can place the lead in Mobile Message, and Add Contact to List can group website leads for a planned follow-up. The message can include the details supplied by BuildChatbot, subject to the fields available in the trigger.
This workflow does not make Mobile Message a chatbot channel or synchronise conversations. It simply responds to the BuildChatbot lead event with a selected Mobile Message action. Keep the SMS focused on the next human step and make sure the visitor has agreed to any direct contact.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
