A customer gets a text with a link to a screenshot or a document that was generated moments earlier, without anyone sitting at a desk creating it by hand. Browserless runs Chrome instances in the cloud for data extraction, automation, PDF generation and screenshot generation, and Mobile Message connects to it through Zapier as a step further along the same automation rather than as a direct back and forth between the two.

Browserless doesn't offer its own triggers or actions to pair directly with Mobile Message, so it works best sitting in the middle of a longer Zap. A separate app starts the automation, Browserless does the heavy lifting of pulling data from a page, generating a PDF or capturing a screenshot, and Mobile Message's Send SMS action delivers the outcome, a confirmation, a link or a summary, to the customer waiting on the other end.

This makes Browserless useful as a behind the scenes step rather than a page with its own automations to switch on. Any business already using Zapier to build multi step Zaps can drop Browserless in ahead of a Mobile Message text whenever a screenshot, an extracted piece of data or a generated document needs to reach someone by text.
