A customer texts back with a question about their order and, before anyone on the team opens the inbox, an AI agent has already read the reply, worked out what is being asked and started the right response. The pairing runs on BotX's Run Agent action. When Mobile Message reports an Inbound SMS Received, meaning a customer has replied or texted in, that message can hand straight to a preconfigured agent for reading, sorting or drafting a next step. The same Run Agent action can pick up a Delivery Status Updated event too, so a failed or bounced message triggers an agent to log the problem or flag it for follow up instead of it going unnoticed.
