The pairing runs on BotX's Run Agent action. When Mobile Message reports an Inbound SMS Received, meaning a customer has replied or texted in, that message can hand straight to a preconfigured agent for reading, sorting or drafting a next step. The same Run Agent action can pick up a Delivery Status Updated event too, so a failed or bounced message triggers an agent to log the problem or flag it for follow up instead of it going unnoticed.

For a business juggling more texts than staff can read one by one, this turns Mobile Message into a feed an agent watches on your behalf. Nothing about the SMS itself changes and no photos or files pass through, it stays plain text, but what happens next after a reply lands is now handled automatically rather than waiting for someone to notice it.
