Teams that run AI-powered bots use Botifier to guide people through conversational workflows. The useful outcome is not just a completed chat. A new user can also be welcomed by text as soon as they enter the bot experience.

Through Zapier, Botifier's New User and Chat Completed triggers can start Mobile Message actions. Send an SMS when a user completes a chat, using the information collected by the bot to personalise the follow-up. You can also create a Mobile Message contact when a new user is created, or add that person to a list for a later campaign. The SMS remains plain text and can point the recipient towards the next step.

This connection does not make Botifier and Mobile Message a two-way system. Instead, each Zap responds to a selected Botifier event with a selected Mobile Message action. That keeps the setup clear for teams that want their bot to begin a useful SMS follow-up.
