A new lead has just finished chatting with your bot, and the next response needs to happen while the conversation is still fresh. BotGenuity can identify that a lead was captured, giving your team a useful starting event for a Mobile Message workflow. A text can acknowledge the lead, provide a next step or alert a salesperson without relying on someone to watch the bot dashboard.

The connection runs through Zapier. BotGenuity’s New Lead trigger can start Mobile Message Send SMS, Send SMS to List or Create Contact. That lets you personalise a short confirmation using the lead’s details and retain the person in Mobile Message for later campaigns. You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger to send information into BotGenuity through Send a Message to Bot, where a customer’s reply becomes part of the bot conversation.

This is not a native two-way sync. Each Zap has one trigger and one action, and you choose the direction that suits the task. For example, use New Lead for immediate follow-up, or use an inbound text to return a reply to the bot. Keep the SMS wording clear, identify your business and include a simple next action.
