A Contact Created event can also create a matching contact in Mobile Message, so communication details are ready when needed.

Use Response Submitted to thank someone for sharing their experience, explain what happens next or invite them to expect a review from your team. Response Published can notify an approved contributor that their testimonial is now visible. Contact Created can run Create Contact in Mobile Message, while Contact Updated can keep an existing contact record current.
