A deal deadline expires while a salesperson is handling another conversation, or a newly won deal waits for someone to send the customer a confirmation. BoardCRM can turn those moments into direct SMS actions. An Expired Deal Deadline can prompt an internal follow-up, while Won Deal or Successful Deal Deadline can send a timely customer message.

Through Zapier, BoardCRM events can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. A new deal can create a contact, a won deal can send congratulations or next-step details, and an expired deadline can alert the owner before the opportunity is forgotten. BoardCRM remains the place for deals, deadlines, comments, tags and lead records, while Mobile Message handles the text. This is a one-directional workflow rather than a synchronised pipeline. Map the deal owner or customer mobile number and include the relevant deal name, deadline or status. Different events can use different lists, so customers and internal recipients receive messages suited to them. The result is quicker action around deadlines and a more consistent handover after a deal is won, without relying on manual checking.
