About the BaseKit Sitebuilder integration

A customer books online or places a store order, and the next message often matters more than the time spent checking the dashboard. BaseKit Sitebuilder supports online bookings and store activity, with triggers for Booking Updated and Store Order Updated. Through Zapier, either event can prompt Mobile Message to send a confirmation or alert a person responsible for fulfilment.

Booking Updated can trigger Send SMS with booking information for a customer or staff member. Store Order Updated can send an order alert, Create Contact for a new customer, or Add Contact to List for a fulfilment group. The exact result depends on the fields BaseKit supplies and the filters you add in Zapier.

This connection does not update BaseKit when Mobile Message sends a message, and it is not a native booking or ecommerce integration. Use clear filters to avoid texting customers for every update when only new or meaningful changes require a message.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration. Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.
