AvidMobile SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with AvidMobile!
New Member can trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message, giving the account a contact record when someone joins. Coupon Issued and Loyalty Redemptions can trigger Send SMS with a short customer notification. In the other direction, Inbound SMS Received can trigger AvidMobile Send Message or Update Member when the received information fits those actions. These are individual workflows, not a promise that the platforms share every opt-in, member or message status.
Zapier handles the connection and field mapping. Use the platform that best fits each step, check consent and opt-out handling carefully, and keep each text specific. Test mobile numbers, group fields and message content before enabling customer-facing automation.
