A visitor asks an AISTA chatbot for a callback, joins an event or opts in to SMS, and the response can otherwise sit unnoticed until someone checks the chatbot records. AISTA can send events such as New Callback Request, New Event Registration and New SMS Opt-In to Zapier. Mobile Message can then send an SMS or create a contact for the next step.

Use New Callback Request to alert a staff member that someone wants contact. New Event Registration can send a confirmation message, while New SMS Opt-In can create a Mobile Message contact or send an appropriate welcome text. Customer Feedback and New Customer Preferences can also alert a team member when a response needs attention.

AISTA supplies the event and Mobile Message performs the selected action. Each workflow is configured separately in Zapier, with the recipient and wording based on the available AISTA fields. This connection does not add actions to AISTA or imply that chatbot records and SMS contacts are automatically synchronised in both directions.
