Airparser’s Document Parsed trigger provides a reliable point after structured data has been returned. Through Zapier, that event can send the extracted details to Mobile Message for a timely customer or staff notification.

Use Document Parsed to trigger Send SMS when a document contains a status or action that someone needs to know about. Create Contact can store a phone number found in the parsed data, while Add Contact to List can place the person into an audience based on the extracted category. Airparser’s Extract Data From a Document action is useful when another app starts the Zap and the document needs processing before Mobile Message sends a message.

This setup is suitable for teams processing forms, records, or other supported documents that contain structured contact information. It does not send documents or attachments by SMS, and it does not synchronise Airparser with Mobile Message. Zapier passes the extracted text fields into the messaging step you configure, so you control which information becomes a contact or plain-text message.
