A customer starts a conversation with an AI agent while your team is handling other work, and an important reply can remain inside AgentX until someone checks it. AgentX can trigger a Zap when a new conversation starts, when an agent replies, or when a user sends a message. Through Zapier, those events can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action.

A Reply From Agent event can alert a human operator that an AI conversation needs review. New Conversation can notify a team member that a new interaction has begun, while Message From User can send a plain text alert when a customer adds information. You can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to start AgentX's Send Message to Existing Conversation With Agent action when a person texts your Mobile Message number and the conversation details are available.

This connection puts selected AgentX activity in front of the right person without suggesting that SMS and AgentX share a live conversation history. Each Zap has one trigger and one action. Keep SMS alerts concise, and map only the conversation data supplied by AgentX.
