Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Verse!

A lead is being qualified in Verse when a prospect replies, and your team needs to know what happens next. New Conversation Created, New Qualified Conversation or Conversation Taken Over can start a Zapier workflow with Mobile Message. That lets the right person receive a text at the point where a lead needs attention, without watching the Verse workspace all day.

A newly created conversation can alert a sales operator, while a qualified conversation can send a prompt handover message. When a conversation is taken over, Mobile Message can notify a manager or another team member. Verse actions can also create, update, qualify or stop conversations when an inbound SMS is received, provided that the chosen workflow and fields support that outcome.

This connection is provided through Zapier and requires Verse and Mobile Message accounts. It is not a native two-way sync. Verse events can start SMS actions, and an inbound Mobile Message event can start a selected Verse action. Configure message content carefully so the recipient and conversation details are clear.
