The submission may need a prompt to start the next check, contact the applicant or assign work to a colleague. Without that prompt, an application can remain in a queue until someone remembers to look.

Through Zapier, Agency Razz's New Submission trigger can start Mobile Message. Send an SMS to an agent when a new application arrives, using the submission details available in the Zap. You can also create the applicant as a Mobile Message contact or add that person to a list for a permitted follow-up process. If the applicant's mobile number is captured, a plain text acknowledgement can be sent after the submission.

Agency Razz continues to manage application processing and tracking. Mobile Message handles the SMS or contact action you choose for that particular event. The services do not maintain a shared live record, so the Zap should have a clear recipient, message and purpose. This is a practical way to put timely communication beside an insurance application workflow.
