Addo Sign SMS Integration

A document has just finished signing and the completed files are ready, but the recipient or internal team may still be waiting for confirmation. Addo Sign provides the Download Files From Completed Transactions trigger for that moment. A Zapier workflow can use it to send a plain text SMS through Mobile Message, letting the relevant person know the signing process has reached completion.

Use the message to confirm that a transaction is complete, tell a customer that the next step is ready, or alert an administrator to check the completed files. Addo Sign also offers Initiate Signing as an action, which can be started by Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received when a text-based process supplies the information needed to begin a signing.

Keep document handling in Addo Sign and use SMS for a short status notification. Map the transaction and recipient fields available in the Zap, then test before enabling the workflow. This is a defined one-way connection through Zapier, not a promise that files or attachments are carried in an SMS.
