Call management and support operators using echowin may have an AI agent answering calls around the clock, but the next action can still depend on someone noticing the call record. echowin's Call Created trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, helping acknowledge a caller or alert a staff member that a new phone call has been received.

Call Ended can support a follow-up text after the conversation, while Workflow Trigger and Agent Trigger can send a message when a selected workflow node or AI decision occurs. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list. If a caller replies by text, Inbound SMS Received can start an echowin action, but echowin has no listed actions, so there is no available way to place that reply back into echowin through this connection. The useful direction is therefore from echowin to Mobile Message. Each Zap handles one defined event and action. It is not a native two-way call and SMS integration, and Zapier is used to configure the hand-off.
