A customer has completed an interaction and expects the next message to arrive while the conversation is still relevant. Moblico can send a New Contact or Update Contact event to Zapier, where Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact, or update an existing contact. That gives communication and marketing teams a clear way to respond to changes recorded in Moblico.

For example, a new Moblico contact could receive a welcome SMS, while an updated contact could be refreshed in Mobile Message. You can also use the event to send an SMS to a list when a group message is appropriate. The connection works through Zapier, with Moblico providing the event and Mobile Message performing the selected action. It does not create a native two-way sync. Instead, each Zap handles one defined outcome, helping your team keep contact records and timely SMS activity moving without manually checking every update.
